4th of July

Maybe I should have tried Carrie's method. It seeme more productive than my own attempts.

To celebrate the 4th of July, Dan and I drove to Brianhead and stayed at a cabin in the mountains outside of Cedar city. We met up with Jake and Carrie, Ryan (Kroc) and Megan, and Claire and Brian (Carrie's sister's family). Everyone had a blast taking rides on the four-wheelers and Jake's newest large-toy addition, "the buggy". I arrived a day late, but Dan still took me on a ride in the buggy. It was surprisingly fairly smooth cruising through the trails (which is the only reason he allowed me to even go, since he vetoed me on a four-wheeler). Dan already has aspirations to own one of them for our family... in the far future, when we are no longer students and have hopefully chosen a place to settle.
