Well... I tried, at least. I felt like i was cementing the layers together, including the chunk that eventually fell completely off the cake before it was even presented for eating! But I have to say, it tasted delicious! It's the inside that counts, right?

Yes! It IS the insides that count! :) Ok, maybe not the most beautiful cake, but how can you go wrong with chocolate and coconut?!! :)
